On Friday 30 August 2013, the Croydon Park Business Chamber (CPBC) invited NSW Commissioner of Small Business, Yasmin King to the local pub for a night that provided local business owners the opportunity to discuss the viability of small businesses in the Inner West Sydney area.

Too Big to Ignore Dinner Survey Results

Some interesting data collected from the Small Business Too Big to Ignore dinner held by CPBC in June:

44% interested in becoming a member of CPBC

95% said the night was relevant to them

64% would like to know more about the Lyoness loyalty cash back program

22% added their voice to the Small Business National campaign on the night

5.30am: Clock timer went off!

It was an exciting start to the day to pick up my team Board Members of the CPBC, and we missed those who could not make it, Moira, Peter, Hamid, Roy but I saved a goodies bag for you!

CPBC attends Chambers Forum and Australian Business Congress: Aug 2013

July 31 to August 2 was a busy and productive time for CPBC Board Members who attended the Chambers Forum and the Australian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ACCI) Congress at the Convention Centre Darling Harbour.

The Chamber Forum brought together representatives of Chambers from all over NSW as well as interstate; representatives from the ACCI and international Chambers of Commerce also attended. (more…)
